Does the Kodi Core app work to control MRMC?
If not, is there an android remote for MRMC?

nevermind.
I had the webserver in MRMC turned off.
I turned it on and kodi core works.
But I'm using the plex back end and the app doesn't show anything in my library.
I'm guessing that is because of plex but it is unfortunate.
