Deleted File not staying Deleted [SOLVED]

I'm sorry if this has been asked but I couldn't find anything recent on it.

Everything is working fine all except when deleting files. I have the option in Settings to allow deletion and I can delete a file no problems, but then if MrMc re-scans the files just come back. So basically they are not being deleted from my NAS.

Have I missed a setting that I need to check or is there an issue?

I deleted 2 files, restarted and they both came back.

File were Wicked Tuna episodes.

if you restarted it we would need debuglog old to see the delete session

chances are that NFS user needs more permissions to delete the files

The delete failed, obviously:

19:39:39.410 T:6128873472 ERROR: Delete - Error( unlink call failed with "NFS: REMOVE of /Wicked Tuna/Season 8/Wicked Tuna - S08E02 - Game of Fins WEBDL-720p.mkv failed with NFS3ERR_ROFS(-30)" )

The error (NFS3ERR_ROFS) seems to point to a read-only filesystem, or not enough rights, I guess. see https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1813.
