Maybe because technically there is no "Ice Age 1". It would just be "Ice Age". Also try adding the year after it in brackets, like "Ice Age (xxxx)".
This is not a bug and has everything to do with how you name your file and the source for the metadata, the movie database.

It's not a bug when the customer is doing something wrong.
There is no "Ice Age 1" if you look it up in the movie database. It's simply called Ice Age.

MrMC is using the movie database to find the information. If your movie file name doesn't match anything in the movie database then it won't work. Try naming your movie file "Ice Age (2002)" and rescrape and see what happens.
