it sends it to background and MrMC doesn't render, next time you call it up it will pop back to life... we can get the power button there, but seemed unnecessary somehowcosmoxl wrote: 29 Jul 2017, 18:50of course I can just click the home button, "o" on the shield remote. if it's really closed then I'm happy. I was afraid I wasn't closing it properly.amet wrote: 29 Jul 2017, 18:05you are not meant to close it, just use that all the time...cosmoxl wrote: 29 Jul 2017, 11:49 On Shield TV how are we supposed to close down MrMC with the new opacity skin? I'm accustomed to using the power button that is in the MrMC skin."O" button does it for me on Shield, no resources are being used since we are in the background

Amet, can you give me the details on what the file needs to be (like size etc)? I'd like to take a few stabs at this.amet wrote: 27 Jul 2017, 21:55 We are looking for a different background, any suggestions are welcome.

Re: testing MrMC 3.1.0
its the same coulour as general theme, default is red and we have other colours in skin settings... anyone that wants to add a colour to replace red, let me know the hex code(one starting with ff) from https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_picker.asp and we can add it in.jabohn wrote: 29 Jul 2017, 18:53I don't mind it, but I would probably like it more if it were more subtle and a different color (if you end up giving us color options).
What if instead of the red outline, the item had a deeper, darker shadow behind it? Or maybe a subtle glow?
first 2 suggestions get added

I'm not stuck on a red outline at all. Just something more to distinguish the selected item.jabohn wrote: 29 Jul 2017, 18:53I don't mind it, but I would probably like it more if it were more subtle and a different color (if you end up giving us color options).

BTW, you can change color far as I can tell in the skin settings.

Re: testing MrMC 3.1.0
I guess I just find the default color options too bright. A little less contrast between the main color and the over all black would be easier on the eyes.
