HEVC is supported by software decode until tvOS 11.0 becomes public. This testflight series moves to tvOS 10.2 as min.rohitrs7 wrote: 29 Jun 2017, 14:55 Does this have HEVC support on TVOS?

1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back
4. Read from 1. again

Re: testing MrMC 3.0.9
So, I'm not a traktv user so not testing that. I figured I'd abuse AVF a little bit.
So far I see a lot of good out of it.
The levels output are correct for my TV even though no correction is possible (as Davilla said, it's more direct to display)
The picture is very good, on most videos nice and smooth cadence
CPU usage is about the same as VTB
Not good is
I had some trouble skipping ahead with AVF, but VTB was fine.
On some videos it seems it can't find the right cadence so things looks choppy as if CPU is overloaded, but it's not.
AVF doesn't like h264 transcoded by Plex. Screen is blank but audio and subtitles come through.

I turned on the AVFoundation hardware acceleration and turned off VideoToolBox, and then played my Blu-Ray rip of Deadpool and all I got was a black screen.

Re: testing MrMC 3.0.9
If I long press and mark something as watched in Trakt it works great. If it's something I've already watched it'll increment the play count, and if not it'll mark it as watched. When I'm actually playing something and jump to close to the end, let it play for a little bit, and then don't let it get all the way to end but still close enough for it to mark it watched in MrMC (and in Plex) it doesn't mark it watched in Trakt.

Re: testing MrMC 3.0.9
I'm seeing a frustrating bug that causes MrMC to crash on the apple tv.
I made some changes to my network so I need to edit the configuration of my DVR add-on. Clicking the IP address box which should bring up the box with alphabet and all that causes a crash. The alphabet box doesn't pop up. I've also tried the official kodi remote on iphone and that also crashes.
I don't know if this is from siri remote changes or because I'm on tvOS 11 beta. I can try to get logs later....watching a show right now.
