Can you increase the buffer somehow?
I have access to the Plex Mediathek from a friend and unfortunately jerks the stream after about 30 seconds always.
1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back
4. Read from 1. again
Any mention of illegal streaming sites, addons or any pirated material will not be tolerated. This is not democracy and any offenders will be banned and posts deleted immediately without warning.
Other than that, we hope you enjoy MrMC so far and we welcome any input and feedback you might have.

Re: Buffer
see setting->system->internet access-> buffer size
EDIT: if you still have buffering issues, then what you are stream exceeds your network (or his) bandwidth capability and you will need to transcode to a lower bandwidth. Of course this assumes that your friends plex server has the ponies to realtime transcode.

Re: Buffer
Thanks for your help.
The bandwidth of my friend is 40 MBit/s upload. This is definitely enough.
I have a download of 16 MBit/s and that should also suffice.
Transcoding is unfortunately nothing since the server runs on a QNAP NAS with ARM CPU.
I will try the settings however tomorrow and then report back again.

Re: Buffer
Have the buffer a bit increased and now everything works perfectly
