SQL Database to Kodi v17

Post by djabits »

Hi i have just purchased this app on my apple tv 4
When trying to connect to SQL Database the connection is successful, however my working database is not showing with MRMC
Checking the SQL databases i can see the myvideos99 database is created
i have tried swapping this to myvideos107 however i new database is then created in SQL called myvideos10799

is this a problem with compatibility with the new Kodi v17 alpha releases
there is no problem with any other clients connecting using Kodi to this database

Any help is appreciated i just bought this as I'm sick of re installing Kodi every 7 days

Since kodi v17 is not released as stable we don't have support for it , once it's out we will add support for it.

Since the database structure is done so it can only support one version, adding support for v17 now will kill any support for v16.

Your only solution now is to export database in kodi v17 and import into MrMC

Hi Team,
firstly.. massive fan. can't believe how great it is to have an 'official' app for ios to use 'kodi'.

finally, now there's a release of Krypton, any idea on when you'll support 17.0? really keen to get my ipad on the same sql database as all my other devices!
