Post by davilla »

Please use this ONLY if you have downloaded 2.1.0 (160405.1501), version number can be seen in TestFlight app

please avoid posting "I would love to test" posts, lets keep this for testing only.

changes since 2.0.0 release version

+ changed LiveTV buffering, see GUI settings->tv->playback for 'LiveTV playback wait time'
+ fixed audio sink for non-pass-through
+ fixed demux pause flood (hits TVH clients)
+ fixed stack overflow using json and tcpserver.

You just gave me my TV back! :)

Thanks for the new build. Buffering issue now fixed for me, even with playback wait time set to 400.

been away for few days but I did just install this build. I hadn't been having problems with live TV and this build works just fine for me too. I like the ability to change the delay time and it does indeed increase the buffer with increased delay time.

I sent you logs last week over a problem I'm having with a mkv video on SMB server. MrMC struggles to skip forward or backward taking 10 or more seconds to start playing again. When it does start playing again audio and video are out of sync. Any findings from those logs?

Would have to review email :) Sometimes things get lost. Same under this testflight ? smbclient or libdsm ?

Yo Scott ! I guess the tcpserver fix mentioned was related to the kodi remote play app crah we emailed about.
I did just check the remote play button with the original script, and Baaaaaaaammmmm N O CRASH
