1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back
4. Read from 1. again

Re: Support for Profiles?
External IR remotes are limited to just remapping to existing functions listed. see the remote settings under tvOS on the AppleTV. We do not have access to any API that allows reception of arbitrary IR remote input.

Re: Support for Profiles?
Hello again.
Really enjoying MrMC and have finally implemented a MySQL server in my home network. MrMC really shines now
My question was really if you have any timeframe for profile support? I dont want to bug you about this, just interested to know as you earlier said that it was a feature high on your todo list. Can you say if it is targeted for a specific version number? (I see that amet is already talking about v1.3.0 in the forums)
Thanks for all your hard work, MrMC already was a nice piece of software from v1.0.1 and getting even better for each release

Re: Support for Profiles?
Hello. I would like to ask you to explain how you can switch between different profiles. So far, I figured the only way - to end MRMC, restart it, and log on to a different profile. Thank you.

Re: Support for Profiles?
I'm therefore support the program as a foot. You write that MRMC supports profiles, but if I ask how you can between those profiles switch, so no answer ???
This one goes here? Or none of the profiles is not used? Neither the authors really do not know how to switch profiles ??? A lot of strange
