"Clean library" command is not available in my TVOS version of MrMC

Hello,

I want to manually remove items from my MrMC library whose files have been deleted from the NAS (MrMC is the server, the video files on the NAS are accessed via SMB).

I read these two threads here:

The first thread says: "you have to manually initiate the Clean function". Yes, that's exactly what I want to do. I don't want to have it done automatically.

The second thread says: "the command is: Settings \ Video\ Library \ then scroll the right panel down until you see \ Clean Library \. I hadn't realized that the right panel of the menu was scroll-able."

However, there is no "Clean Library" command there eve when scrolling down to the bottom of the right panel. I couldn't find the "Clean Library" command anywhere in the settings.

Using the "Update Library" command only adds newly added movies but does not remove the ones for which the files have been deleted or moved.

Can you please help me? How can I update/clean my MrMC library so that these items are removed from the library?

It's defintely there. Would be good to have your version# of MrMC. Did you enable "Expert" mode in settings? Do not know if this is a must to have the clean library button as I have Expert mode activated since the beginning.

Under "System info", I found the following information:

MrMC 3.9-12 Git:2021-05-14-f2cac97
Operating system: TVOS 15.5.1 (kernel: Darwin 21.5.0)

The version of MrMC installed on my Apple TV is the most up-to-date version that I was able to download from the app store with my Apple TV.

Can you tell me how I can enable "Expert" mode in the settings? I couldn't find it.

I attached three pictures to this post that I took directly from my TV in order to show what it looks like on my TV. I also tried different skins to see whether that made a difference but I couldn't find the "Clean library" command using any of them.

Picture 1 shows all the available settings main options/buttons. Here, I selected "Video".

Picture 2 shows the options for Settings / Videos when "Library" is selected in the left panel. Since the right panel is scrollable and not all options can be shown at once, I scrolled down and took another picture.

Picture 3 shows just that, the right panel after scrolling down.

In Picture 2 you can see that you are working in Standard Mode, switch here to „Expert“ Mode, that‘s it

Thanks a lot! That solved it. I had not realized that "Standard" is actually a setting that can be changed. I thought it was just a heading.
