Possible to play 4K movies on Apple TV 4?
The playback are not smooth, audio works fine but picture lags. Is it not possible to play 4K material on the regular apple tv4?

Not unless you do something like use Plex with transcoding. The Apple TV 4 just wasn't powerful enough
