Progress Is Not Tracked Jellyfin Server 10.7

Hi,

When playing a movie/show the progress is not registered with the Jellyfin Server 10.7.

A clue to why this is happening may be related to the MrMC connection not showing up on the Jellyfin Dashboard when the file is playing.

Normally you would see the process and the playing format (direct/transcoding)

It means that if you stop and then restart a file, it will resume at its earlier position.

I reverted to 10.6.4 server and all worked fine.

Have the same problem. Also Jellyfin Collections aren't shown. I hope these issues get fixed

progress should be fixed , if you are in Apple TV TestFlight you can test in a few hours

I see no issues with Collections ... can you please explain a bit more. have you flattened the hierarchy on the library items and entering Collections via library Movie button?

Yes I did but it’s not showing any posters. I can’t see what I’m selecting
Is there a better way to use collections with MrMC? I haven’t quite figured out how to use the “Group movies in sets” function

What do you see when you hit “icons” on the bottom left? List would give you the best overview.

Is this view from Home Screen -> movies -> collections?

It shows me the list but there is still no pictures which makes it look pretty ugly
It’s fine to use it be just little nicer if it showed poster
(Going through Home Screen -> movies -> collections)

Also MrMC connection not showing up on the Jellyfin Dashboard when the file is playing; Jellyfin Playback Reporting not recording the file been played; and Jellyfin Notification also not sending any notification on playback started or stopped.

Normally you would see the process and the playing format (direct/transcoding); Playback Reporting would record the playback and the notification for starting/stopping a playback would be send.

Jellyfin Server : 10.7.0
MrMC : 3.9.10 Pro (Git 2020-11-02-719a6ae)
OS : Android TV 9.0.0.0
