The new format is not properly applied to special episodes on the home screen.

Example with the mandalorian in the picture

The standard text is okay S0:E1. But once you select the episode you just see S01. Directing. This should be S0:E1. Directing.

I agree. I just noticed the change recently and it looks messy to me. I would get rid of the period after the episode number for sure, and have either just a space or a dash as mentioned above.
Yeah I thought I would give it another day to see if I just needed to get used to the . following the E and if it would grow on me. But unfortunately I have to say the . still feels out of place with our new format in all of the List, Fanart and Wide view options. For a quick visual, here is an example showing that it doesn't look right imho:

This was changed, just holding the TestFlight yo address all the issues
