1) Another bug spotted... (in the same log file)..

Using Amber..

when i tried to playback From Videos-Files->..... nameoffile.mp4 an unrecognized file name, this file could not be played because no info could be found...

Dolby Vision, with ipTPQc2 color space. We don't handle that right now and AVSampleBufferDisplayLayer (used by AVF codec) is not handling it correctly. Looking into supporting it, no eta.

I don’t see the file being played...

You have some issue with NFS read/write permissions, we try to stat the file but it keeps giving errors... you sure that folder has correct permissions?

If permissions on the folder/file are correct and NFS user has read rights all works just fine here.

As i ve mentioned before, files that no nfo can be found can not be played.

Tried to playback file AAAAA.mp4 .... no nfo found, file does not start..
Then played file ..... chapter8-.....mkv which is in the same folder but nfo can be found, file plays normally..

If i rename the file AAAAA.mp4 to a name that can be "recognized"(so nfo can be found) it plays normally

This is no problem with NFS permissions, since they are on the same folder and those files can be played normally either when renaming or if played back from other devices.

is this only amber skin related? does it happen if you use other skins?

I see that NFO file cant be found but I do not see the failed playback anywhere...

EDIT: I can see whats happening, your default "select" action is info.. so it tries to load info for a video file.

settings -> Videos -> File Items - > and select Play or Choose

EDIT1: I'll push a fix for it for the next release
