Re: Dolby vision for Android
Given that almost all DV content people want to watch is likely to be 23.976p, then configuring the Shield TV to run at 23.976p as the system refresh rate (and the Kodi default - though people might not like the UI judder?) and then implementing a 'don't change refresh rate for DV content, but do it for others' system video option might make sense?

I'm tried with single layer DV files on Nvidia Shield TV Pro.
MrMC 3.9-4 Git:2020-01-05: Always reboots the Shield.
MrMC Lite 3.9-4 Git:2020-01-10: First play is OK, but from the second, always reboots the Shield.

MrMC Lite 3.9-4 Git:2020-01-10: First play is OK, but from the second, always reboots the Shield.

Good catch, I can verify that with NVidia Hotfix #5, you can now enable refresh rate switching for DV playback.
Looks good!

Re: Dolby vision for Android
Any chance to add in profile 4 support?
The files only play audio and no video.
They work on the Plex app on the 2019 Shield.
Profile 5 is working, but the profile 4 files that we can create now with Atmos are only playing audio in MrMc.
