Hello,
infuse / MrMc no longer works properly with 4k remux files, about 50%, tvos 13 beta6 / 7 ** (constant lag / microstutter)
everything was working properly
with the beta 6
no problem with 4k encoded files that make about 15 gigas
a friend at a 4k apple tv + gigabyte network (same as me), he has exactly the same problem in beta on MrMc and infuse
the problem has been indicated on the infuse forum by many people
apple to broken tvos

Try to use only AVFoundation only for Acceleration (Check off Video Toolbox).

the problems disappear, by selecting "use videoToolbox for 4K HEVC HDR content",
and the hdr does not work anymore, the colors are bad .........
allow hardware acceleration - AVFoundation no longer works

AVFoundation
New Features
AVFoundation now supports encoding video with alpha channels using HEVC. Videos encoded in this manner are broadly supported in AVFoundation APIs, and by Safari within web pages. Technical details of the format can be found in the Interoperability Profile specification. (8045917)

Re: TVOS BETA 13 6-> (constant lag / microstutter remux 4k)
I meant, did you try to use only AVFoundation for acceleration? Does this help against stuttering? I’m away from my installation and this can’t test myself!sethx44 wrote: 21 Aug 2019, 11:37Everbrave wrote: 21 Aug 2019, 09:22What about AVFoundation only?sethx44 wrote: 21 Aug 2019, 08:37

They broke it, and we don't use AVFoundation for encoding.sethx44 wrote: 21 Aug 2019, 11:37 tvOS 13 Beta 7 Release Notes

I wouldn't count on a new beta fixing it. All other apps seem to work just fine still. MrMC seems to be the problem.
