In my setup (MrMC 3.7.1/3.8.0), that setting does not make a difference, because everything still works fine with both settings (even with 750ms delay with channel switch setting)

Harmony Version Info:
Harmony Hub 4.15.206
Harmony Elite 4.15.206

Even my delay settings are standard in my Harmony software:

Sorry for my really late reply :-(

Here is a fresh debuglog -> https://pastebin.com/tKM39TTQ
Clean started MrMc 3.8.0, opened livetv and zapped some channels.
Channel 1 to 2 was fine, then its always double zapping (e.g. 2->4, 4->6 ...)

I thought that this maybe can be the same bug here -> https://mrmc.tv/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4827 ?

Tested with and without Siri Expert Mode, and its working fine when i disable channel switch delay (0ms).
But zapping without channel switch delay is not really smooth ...

Thanks for helping !

*EDIT*
I wanted to know if my logitech harmony or any other device is the problem ... so i tried Kodi 17 on my ATV4K and tested livetv zapping, working without any problems with enabled channel switch delay (750ms).

No  did you try TestFlight 3.8.1 by any chance? Maybe we can add you in there to test?

Already asked for it, I would be very happy to be added :-)

Ok i tried v3.8.1 in the morning, same issue :-(
When i switch channels in LiveTV InfoBar (+,-) it works fine, no double jumps ... works also fine with ATV remote.
Thoose LiveTV InfoBar (+,-) Buttons ... are they the same as "Up" and "Down" in MrMc keymap file?

Checked Kodi 17.x again, no problem.
