LiveTV channel zapping issue, double clicks [SOLVED]

Dears,

at first sorry for my english, not my main language
MrMc 3.7.1 on ATV4K latest tvOS.

I have the problem that channel zapping is not working well, its always like double click.
For example: Im on channel 1 and click up, goes to channel 3, click down and it goes to channel 1.

The strange thing is that the double clicks only occur when in Livetv, in normal menus like MrMc movie list or directly tvOS, it works fine.

I dont have this problem with the original ATV4K Remote !!!

Using a logitech harmony, tried model OneTouch and 950.
Both with bluetooth connection to ATV4K, but also tried IR, doesnt make a difference.

Now i have enabled HDMI CEC on ATV4K and tried my Sony TV remote, same symptoms ...

Can you please assist ?

Have you tried to delete your Apple TV device from My Harmony software and re-added it again ?

Yes tried already.

Added AppleTV Profile (IR) and Harmony Beta AppleTV Profile (Bluetooth).

But i think its not a Harmony problem, because over HDMI CEC ... same issues with other remote.

My Elite doesn't show the behavior you describe with the standard Apple TV profile in My Harmony, so maybe you got sticky keys ?

No, the Elite is brand new and as i said already, the TVs remote has the same problems over HDMI CEC.

I think i have found the problem.
Can you please check the option "Channel switch delay" in MrMc TV-Settings ?
Default is 0ms, then it is working fine !!!

I have enabled 750ms because i found it "smoother" to switch channels.
But then it will jump +1 channel too much, already with delay 250ms

The same issue i will get with option "Press OK button to switch channel".

Checked up to 750ms for you, but I experienced no issues with my Elite.

Maybe the devs have a clue what’s causing this in your setup, but maybe your HDMI-CEC setup messes some things up. I’m not using it btw.

No, HDMI CEC should not be the problem because it was deactivated, just activated it for testing now.

Debuglog maybe? Is your remote setup as expert in MrMC settings? Non expert is only for Siri remotes

I will post a debuglog later when im at home.

It makes no difference if in Siri expert mode or not, tried already, same issue with both settings.
But i just saw at MrMc Wiki that there some Siri Expert Mode settings i have never tried.
