Was browsing through topics in this forum today and saw a comment that tvOS will purge metadata at some point. Was wondering if I set up MySQL will this avoid the effects of the purge? Guessing all metadata would be stored in MySQL.
Is there some other way that is better?

Avoiding app storage purge

mysql will preserve library, if tvos purges the storage we will download the thumbs again.
