Hi,
I tried to buy mrmc from the Apple Store but, surprisingly, I get a "device not supported" error message.
Is this some kind of problem with the App Store or it does not really support iPad 3?
1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back
4. Read from 1. again

iPad 3 is 32 bit, MrMC requires a 64 bit system to run.

Pity, my money no good...
Probably a business decision. Technically I guess no problem, I run very hungry resources apps on a 32 bit iPad, but I am not a specialist.

Re: iPad 3 - device not supported
technically its possible to build one or the other easily, if we want to support both we need to make all dylibs universal and that was proving to be a challenge. we might relook at it later.lost16 wrote:Pity, my money no good...

Re: iPad 3 - device not supported
Any additional progress on this? I have an iPad 2 that is still in great shape, if a bit slow running the current iOS. My kids use it primarily for watching videos, and I would love to have MrMC running on it. Any effort to support these older devices would be greatly appreciated!amet wrote: technically its possible to build one or the other easily, if we want to support both we need to make all dylibs universal and that was proving to be a challenge. we might relook at it later.
