MrMC 1.0.1 & tvheadend 4.0.7 = crash

Hi,

I have a running environment with Kodi och a Mac mini and tvheadend on a linux box. It has been going for years.
My tvheadend used to be ver. 3.4 however after buying MrMC I learnt the hard way that this was not a supported combination.

So I went and upgraded to 4.0.7 after som conversion issues I got it up running fine with the same Kodi as before(15.2) on my Mac mini.
Now when launching MrMC I get the pvr extension loading and the TV menu appears. However when I select either channels or guide MrMC crashes directly. It is possible though to view recorded stuff.

This leads me to think it is related to guide data. I tried cleaning up all guide and channel data from the TV settings panel but no go.

Don't know if this is due to non ASCII characters in the guide data or something else. How can I find any data why it crashed?

I am running Kodi 15.2 toward tvheadend 4.0.7 fine. It is only MrMc that doesn't work.
I noticed that MrMC is showing weird channel logos. They seem distorted.

Any hint for how I can find some logs from the crash would be helpful.

Not investigated where logs are stored in MRMC, but I think I saw something under system.
