No System entry under Settings

How can you tune the overscan or other settings like audio pass through? There is NO tab "system" under setting on the home page!
You need to click "Settings" on home menu to enter all settings subcategories.

System entry is definitely there, what skin are you using? Amber does look slightly different and its System -> MrMC -> Settings
