I've worked to make sure there's nothing wrong with my plex server. Best I can tell it's perfectly accessible on the local network as well as remotely because I can access it via the url https://app.plex.tv/web/app

is the increased logging verbosity you're adding for the firetv problem also included in iOS builds? let me know what else I can do to help find the problem here.

yes, I was in the 2.4 testflight testing plex.

sorry, tvOS. I've never been in an iOS testflight.
