Hello together,

Thought thats the best place to ask for it, so someone might already found it and can share here.
I'm searching for a Siri Remote Replacement. MrMC is really working great on the Fire TV and somehow I got so used to the fast navigation within MrMC on Fire TV, that when I switch in the other room to the Apple TV I'm alm ost about to go crazy ;) :D I know this is known, that remote handling is tricky in MrMC (Devs already commented on that).

So thought I'll try a different approach. I know Apple TV can use different infrared remotes, like the old Aple TV remote, but then that sweet Volume Control is missing and the possibility to turn on and of the TV when turning on the ATV.

If someone knows a remote wich can be used with ATV and witch is that small like the Apple Remote but with a power key or at least with possible volume control it would be great :)

Thanks for your support here :)

Regards
Vlaves

You can use it as silver Apple remote by tapping edges of the pad...

I don't have a problem with the remote. do you have it set so that a swipe scrolls? if so I can see how that would be tricky. I turn that setting off.

my other suggestion would be to use an app on your phone. kodi has an official app that works well with MrMC, or there are some other kodi remotes that you may like. These are in the app store for iphone. I don't know about android phones.
