Hi MRMC, I liked your product so i purchased it. Fantastic product. But there is weird thing i am seeing on my smart TV. I have installed it on 2 of my 3 smart TV's When i go into google play on the third TV to get MRMC it says MrMC Lite isn't available on google play on this device. I totally don't get this. The TV is a year old. But i thought if an app is on google play then you'll see it on any search on google play. The TV downstairs only showed the lite version on google play, before i upgraded within that version. How on earth can this message by comming up on my smart TV ?

My TV is a Hitachi 2K android TV
And i just read the developer may have not endorsed this to run on this TV? Is this correct? What would the work around be ?

That's not a version number. Is it 64-bit or 32-bit?

when i go into the TV settings that is what it says. also looked on the internet and this is a widely used platform. Again i will try to look for a build number which they may refer to this. Will add it a s a pic to show you

Here are the actual screen shots of the setting page. Can i confirm this product is sold to the people who are only technical or the general public ? As the latter who is a much bigger audience doesn't alsways know how to find this information you request. But honestly mate I am trying to help you but some of your response are really sharp mate.

Hi is there any luck with this ? Honestly does the developer have to allow it somewhere for mrmc to run on Android tv version of android ? cause it sounds like it ?
