Possibility to hide infotext?

Hello fellow people,
I have a problem with opacity. Whenever I open a Video and want to pause it the infotext pops out and I have to hold one of my fingers on the screen for a few seconds to hide it. If I want to hide the nav bar too I have to do this twice. Is there a possibility to hide the infotext when I just want to use the nav bar to pause a video?
