Queue item

Hello,

i use Mrmc for Apple TV now for several years, but i never understood how to choose several videos and make them play automatically one after another.

I have a lot of short kids shows on my nas and I added them to Mrmc, without choosing a category like “tv shows” or “movies” because a lot of them are not listed on TVDB.
So they are in a folder on my homescreen in a simple list with a thumbnail to the left of them.
Is there any way, I can select 4 or 5 shows in advance and let them play without any interaction? (So my kids don’t have to call me every 5 minutes as soon as a spot ended)

I appreciate any help!
Thanks a lot!

There is no way to select multiple items to play, you can add them to a playback queue by long holding select and selecting “Queue item” or you can long hold select on the folder that contains the videos and select “Play” that will play all items in the folder one after the other

Hi,

thanks a lot for the fast reply!
How exactly does "you can add them to a playback queue by long holding select and selecting “Queue item” work?
Do I understand it correctly, that I can choose different files by long hold and selecting "Queue item" and they will play one after the other?
Because I tried this and it did not work.
