Can the Resolution Switch function set a whitelist like Kodi?

Poor picture quality 720p/24 on Sony x950g TV
720p/24 looks horrible. Oversaturated and way too oversharp. Very nasty looking 720p/25 works great and looks very good
MrMc lacks a resolution whitelist, and Kodi has this feature. Can solve this problem.
Hope MRMC will follow up.
