I searched the board and could not find any postings on this topic.

I purchased MrMC for my apple tv. I also have Kodi (Leia) installed with sql libraries in a NAS. Those libraries are MyVideos116 and MyMusic72. MrMC correctly connects to MyVideos116, but it creates a MyMusic60 (previous Kodi version). I understood the current version was fully compatible with Kodi v18., but apparently it is only for the video portion?

Anyone else has this issue? or knows of a solution other than have duplicate music libraries...

Hello, you are correct. The video libraries of mrmc 3.9.x are compatible with Kodi Leia at the moment. However the music libraries are at the moment not compatible with kodi v18. The reason is changes to music library in kodi.

I don’t know when they will sync up music again.
