Hi everyone:
I am running MrMC on my Apple TV 4K and noticed that it does not display any embedded subtitles (EIA_608). I read in the forum that it is a known issue - I was wondering if there was an ETA on when/if this feature will be available. I have a member in my household who is hard of hearing and needs subtitles. Many thanks.

EIA_608 must be encoded from demux packets, it mediainfo does not show it as a stream, it's not present.
Do you have an example of this not working.

I sent a sample file (via WeTransfer) to support at mrmc dot tv. The video plays fine on the native Plex client on the Apple TV 4K but does not on MrMC. Thanks.

Any update with this issue? I sent the file back on July 5 but have not heard anything back.
