posters in Italian, is it possible?

my films are in italian, why does mrmc download the posters with the english titles?

Poster url is dictated by the metadata collected from tvdb or IMDb... you can add the poster next to the movie file and MrMC would pick that up. Video file needs to be in a movie folder and you can add poster.jpg next to it.

can't tvdb or imdb be set to download posters and information in Italian?

You can, if it exists... it’s in the setting of the metadata addon
