enhance font size of PVR

The fonts of PVR listening are so incredible small that the PVR is hard to read for me.
Is it possible to reduce the numbers of TV stations in the PVR and additionally increase the font size by factor of 2
like the good old Windows Media Center.

have you tried using different font set in appearance -> Skin -> Fonts(or somewhere there) ?

of course but this does not help.
