Problem accessing UPnP/DLNA server

Hi,
I can not connect to my DLNA server(Kodi windows 10) while infuse pro and other devices on the network connect with no problem. Closing and restarting the app / ATV 4k does not solve the issue. I can not connect 90% of the time but sometimes it works and I can not figure out why. I would be really appreciated if you could help me in this matter.
