I've just purchased the new apple tv, I use Openelec 6 (Isengard) on a raspberry Pi in the living room and bedrooms, my mac mini hosts the MySQL DB and also runs the latest stable Isengard version of Kodi, will MRMC 1.3 work fine with that DB? and will it work ok when I eventually upgrade to Jarvis and have an old and a new DB?

MrMC is compatible with kodi 15.2 databases. We are actually 16.a4 with changes to be compatible with 15.2

Jarvis compatibility will come with the 2.x series.

my database is 16 only, will mrmc still work with that?

not at the moment, our 2.0 version will have support for kodi 16 database compatibility.

kodi 16 (jarvis) is still not released, as soon as its ready we will start making a move towards supporting it

One question in relation, do the PVR addons follow the same as Jarvis in MrMC?!?!?

Yes, all Pvr addons are in line with kodi
