Loading the app on my iPad (iOS 13.5.1) life time upgrade was (still) active, no further action required. The same for my iPhone Xr (iOS 13.5.1).
Starting MrMC 4.0.0 on the Apple TV (tvOS 13.4.6) for the first time, I was prompted to input my App Store UID and PW, as expected. In Settings / App Store „Lifetime upgrade from past purchase - Active“ was set correctly.

I installed 4.0 on my ipad for the first time. Upon starting up nothing happened asking me to log in or buy a sub. I don't know what to expect there.
anyway, I went to settings>app store>and restored subscription. I put in my apple id and password and then in info it says "free lifetime subscription - active". But it does NOT also have a line of "lifetime upgrade from past purchase - active" like the apple tv does. I'm guessing since this is technically a different app from the previous iOS version that's to be expected. But should it be that my previous purchase on tvOS applies to the new iOS app?

lifetime upgrade from past purchase - active -> old tvOS purchase
free lifetime subscription - active -> "free lifetime something", the one you "purchased" on first run of tvOS

Seems some new problem with tvOS in that the overlay during video playback (swipe down on remote) won't stay up. I try, for example, to select a subtitle and it keeps disappearing on me so I can't do it.
Anybody else seeing this?

My wife has complained about it already
Fixed for next TF, it’s a bug introduced while adding the touch pad direction indicator (ff/rev and next/prev) on OSD... touch the Siri edges while playback is on and you should have the indicator where the click would take you.
If any of you are using iPhone/iPad remote to control Apple TV , after pairing the phone to Apple TV you can use control Center on your phone to change playback options on appletv, including audio and subtitles selection on MrMC

Hi guys,
I supposed to be in this TestFlight and I like to test stuff. So I got the email for MrMC 4.0.0 (200714.607) but my latest build in testflight is 4.0.0 (200712.1742). Can you fix that ?

Are we ever addressing duplicate played reports going to Trakt from Emby?
