TV section on Home Screen missing after update 7f3ef47 (also happened with previous one but just able to post now)

Can get it back via settings, Media sources, PVR clients, Tvheadend HTSP Client, Configure, OK

However after quitting and restarting MrMc it's missing again.

I agree. I see more sync problems with advanced timing off but no choppiness or what seems like frame skip.

With advanced timing on, which is how I run things normally, I still see things become choppy with 25fps material. With 23p material it doesn't completely become choppy but it begins to skip a frame every second or so. Usually I skip back or stop and start and it fixes things.

I do not run advanced timing on due to the choppiness factor. As far as sync, if I uncheck passthrough format is IEC Packed, sync is pretty much spot on for me at least and I have had not further issues.

you're right. changing to raw passthrough and "dumb" timing seems to work well.
