I'm not sure about this either. The only setting I can find is the one that's always been there in Opacity. Exactly where is the setting and what is it supposed to do?

Also, when I first jumped into 3.7 today it did an automatic library update even though I have "update on startup" turned off. I don't want this to happen.

Yes I'm aware of that setting in tvOS. It's just not clear what MrMC is doing about it now. I see no difference.

"POC might need some more work." means exactly that The skin must also support it.

pecinko needed it for ariana and we added it in core, now we just need to wait for him to get around it.

like he stated previously, he wants to get light mode stable and then dark mode will follow

I think Ariana plays a great roll in the unification or harmonization of the UI; Plex add-on, MrMC and perhaps also Emby; once it’s is polished.
For this purpose, I would like to see a pull-down menu at the top, beside favorites, to select the media DB being accessed; MrMC, Plex(), Emby().

EDIT: I still advocate the One-for-All Skin approach and depending on how Emby will be integrated (Emby-for-Kodi or EmbyCon), this could be the simplest solution.

Had a chance now to play with Ariana some more and a couple of observations:-
1) new home screen icons are a great improvement
2) sometimes clicking on movies results in no library and only the background screen with only the "options" appearing in the upper right. seems i need to restart mrmc to fix. seems prompted by scrolling through the movies in poster view. seems like its crashing generating thumbs or background
3) on home screen "continue watching" is the first 2 rows and "recently added" is the 3rd row. i understand the design choice here, however, i'd prefer recently added first, which then brings up the issue for me at least that there is no way to get to "recently added" as a separate selectable option. i.e. there's no movies>[library]>recently added
4) it would be great to have a selectable "a" through to "z" (or "a" through to "0") across the top of the screen in movies view. i have a large movies collection and its a lot of tap, tap, taps to scroll down. Not sure even how it would be possible with music without bringing on serious case of RSI

Still loving the skin btw the media view with the actors in view etc is freakin awesome

The Siri remote let's you quick scroll by sliding on the right edge of the touch pad. It lets you get through a big collection pretty quick.

Will you look at getting custom keys working in the version when using PlexForKodi addon?

When I tested Ariana yesterday I didn't see the ability to remove sections from the home screen.

I don't need pictures or music. Was I just missing the option somewhere?
