As does Mexico :) No wonder I couldn't 'guess' the reason - but it all works perfectly now..

I assume that there is a logical reason why having a TZ outside of the US makes it work? (and that maybe it's on your 'fix' list at some point!)

Thanks!
nothing to fix :)

we purposely excluded those formats from US, legal and all

If it's going to stay - any chance of documenting which formats are excluded at least - so as not to confuse anyone else (since I assume I can't be the *only* person in the US with MrMC :) ) there is a FAQ right ;-) - are there any other 'features' that are TZ dependent?

You already found what was excluded and there are no other TZ dependencies :)

We can't just go advertising what is excluded and why, maybe Apple is watching :)

Ok - although I'm not sure what the harm is in saying something along the lines of "x and y aren't supported in the 'US' for licensing reasons" - if people can find the workaround then great, and if not it might save some -ve reviews when things apparently don't work :)

Anyway - what the pair of you have done with this so far is fantastic - I don't regret my purchase in the slightest and I am looking forward to seeing where you can take it in the future..
