As does Mexico

No wonder I couldn't 'guess' the reason - but it all works perfectly now..
I assume that there is a logical reason why having a TZ outside of the US makes it work? (and that maybe it's on your 'fix' list at some point!)
Thanks!
nothing to fix
we purposely excluded those formats from US, legal and all

If it's going to stay - any chance of documenting which formats are excluded at least - so as not to confuse anyone else (since I assume I can't be the *only* person in the US with MrMC

) there is a FAQ right

- are there any other 'features' that are TZ dependent?

You already found what was excluded and there are no other TZ dependencies

We can't just go advertising what is excluded and why, maybe Apple is watching

Ok - although I'm not sure what the harm is in saying something along the lines of "x and y aren't supported in the 'US' for licensing reasons" - if people can find the workaround then great, and if not it might save some -ve reviews when things apparently don't work
Anyway - what the pair of you have done with this so far is fantastic - I don't regret my purchase in the slightest and I am looking forward to seeing where you can take it in the future..
