Well, it appears I posted too soon because I'm unable to reproduce myself, so let's forget I said anything. Image

Though on another note, sometimes, in certain titles (probably certain codecs) it's impossible to jump just 10 seconds. I get that it probably looks for nearest I-frame but 50 seconds on a 10 second skip seems over the top. Any ideas?
For h264/265, It totally depends on key frames, we tell demuxer to seek to the indicated time and you get what you get, closest to the nearest key frame. The alternative is accurate seek and an explosion of macro blocks.

Most notably seen with bad encodes where some clown thinks that fewer key frames are better (smaller file size) but they totally forget about seek issues or resume.

Debuglog will show it, something like seeking to, got something else.
Yeah that's it of course, how do you see logs on touch? Another device? Cause I mostly use my phone for essentially all browsing. Would it be hard to make them viewable from within MrMC?

They are accessible via the MrMC web server. See the wiki. (ie this -> Debuglog)

I know, it's just that when watching mrmc touch, that device is my main browser. No biggie, just thought it'd be convenient to have it in the app att some point in the future.

Highly doubtful that it would ever be accessible directly inside MrMC. There's just not that much need for it by users during normal operation and when we need to see it, we want the entire log.

Ok I'm just getting back from my travels (side-note MrMC with Plex and setting the transcoding to really low in a hotel works real well) and back to the Apple TV I do most testing with. Here's a few other notes:

Jerky playback - Went to play a recent episode of The Strain and the playback was jerky, and the audio would go in and out. This isn't the first one like this, but on the Shield it plays just fine. Here's the pastebin: https://pastebin.com/XuYV3GXu. I sent an email with a link to the file in question.
Music skin improvement - I only have one music library in Plex, and it's the only music library set up, but when I click on Music it goes to the Service selection screen, then I need to click the Plex Library, and then I'm in music.
Music skin improvement - Same wall view as TV Shows/Movies.
Music skin improvement - Option in settings for the Music Library to default to Album view instead of Artist view. I know I can go <back on the main screen to get to the album view, but I only ever use the album view so setting the main link to that instead of Artist would be nice.
TV Show/Movie skin improvement - Right now the <back area only has 'Recently added, In progress, Genres, etc'. I would like to request that the 'Title' link be replaced by 'Unwatched'. The Title is the main click, so having it back there seems redundant to me, and out of all of those links I wouldn't use any of them, but I would use Unwatched non-stop so I don't have to continually toggle back and forth it in each of the main title sections.
TV Show skin improvement - My main view uses the wall, and then when I go into a show, the episodes are back in the list view. The list view is lacking the 'Air date - Running Time - Rating' underneath the icon. This is there in Amber and some of the MrMC Views.
TV Show/Movies Wall View improvement - There's a lot of wasted space. Remove the name under each of the posters and over it over to the side above 'Genre:'. It's already there on the poster, so it's 100% redundant. This way you should be able to get 3 rows on the main screen.
Not related to TestFlight With Emby there's an option to just show a particular server and not all of them. This would be nice for Plex since I have my home Plex server for home use and my VPS Plex server attached to Google Drive to not at home use. This way when I'm at the house it would only be one server and everything would just fill right in where it's supposed to be (i.e. Movies to Movies, TV Shows to TV Shows, and Music to Music)

Forgot one:

Movie Wall Improvement - There's no year shown at all. My suggestion here would be another media box (I don't really know what to call the boxes at the bottom with the media information in there) with the year, but put it on the left side. Move the Rating boxes (both MPAA rating and the IMDB rating) over next to it and add a box for running time on the left as well.

I just discovered something else that's missing - in Poster view, there is no marker to tell if a movie or TV episode has been watched, unwatched or partially watched like there is in list view.

I noticed that yesterday too, and the setting in the Skin Settings for an alternate marker didn’t do anything.
