Re: tvOS Testing 2.1.0 (160403.1648)
Thanks a lot! But...
Works OK on those channels that I applied an audio filter to. But also there buffering appears every few minutes. Unfortunately no change for the channels where 2+ audio streams are streamed. Live TV only plays for a few seconds. So there's no change over the previous test build. Guess the fix has to be applied somewhere else.
Sorry for the bad news. I know that this is not what you wanted to read... need the log file?
PS: Tested with 400 and 4000 ms delay.

I see an improvement, but it is only marginal.
I'll send you new log file, if wanted?
BTW: I went back and tried the TVHClient app. Apperently it is able to initiate a solid stream on MrMC on the Apple tv.

It's this app: https://appsto.re/dk/qEnfM.i
It'll play tvheadend streams either in the app or on an external player like a kodi system. It works with mrmc on the Apple tv as well, apperantly. And when the stream is initiated through that app, it runs smoothly on mrmc. It'l probably also show up in the log I'll send you in a bit.

Re: tvOS Testing 2.1.0 (160403.1648)
Hi Davilla,
I havent had time to test latest build, so sorry for writting in this tread, but still think it is best as my consideration is connected to the above discussing on Tvheadend!
I aslo think the issues some of use see at Live TV is connected to Tvheadend ans especially the kodi-tvheaded plugin. I have tested the folliwng:
1). Tvheadend running on Segate Goflex NAS (Arm5 1,2 ghz marvel single core + 128 mb ram + ARch Linux arm install on old 20 gb 2.4 HD+ hdhomerun).
a) Sending stream to VLC give no pixlation or hickups in sound on PC!
b). Sending to ATV4, do give ocassnaly hickup in sound, and some pixalation! Buffering issues , best at 1.5/1.6 and the latest builds with the 2000-4000ms buffer setting!
c). Sending to Kodi on PC, best result, a very few hickups in sound, no pixalation!
2). Tvheadend running on Zyxel NSA325 (Arm5 1,6 ghz marvel single core + 512 mb ram + ARch Linux arm install on SSD + hdhomerun).
a) Sending stream to VLC give no pixlation or hickups in sound on PC!
b). Sending to ATV4, do give fewer, hence, lesser than above hickup in sound, and lesser pixalation! Buffering issues , best at 1.5/1.6 and the latest builds with the 2000-4000ms buffer setting, but just maybe better than at above, hard to tell! (maybe the hardware also play a role here?)
c). Sending to Kodi on PC, best result, a very few hickups in sound, no pixalation!
3). MEdiaportal at I53xxxT CPU +8 GB + SSD on win10.
a). VLC not tested, see b.
B). no issues at ATV in MrMC!
One thing I gonna look at is the cache in kodi, and try inditify if the cache runs out at the same time of the hickup in sound or pixalation! REad somewhere other have issues and hence is seems Tvheadened + kodi-addon was running out in cache when pessing "o"!
