Hi all,
I have recently purchased the MRMC in my Apple TV 4K. I have connected Plex server that is in my Synology Nas and all is working very well. I have two questions about.
1.- is MRMC automatically doing the processing work or do I have to configure anything to avoid the Plex transcoding?
2.- I have the default skin but Photos is not in the home screen. I have all the Plex things (TV shows, movies, videos and music) but not just Photos. What did I do wrong?

Hi,
By default we don’t request the transcode from plex server, it can be set in services -> plex setting if needed
Photos from plex are not in, we never had any requests for it and it took a back seat...
