MRMc skin missing on new build

The absolute best looking and functional skin (MRMC) that was included as default on build 3.7.1 is now gone in build 3.8. Why? Is there any way this skin could be put back into the build? This build is a must have for me. It offers all the button options that I require and they are arranged in a very efficient and professional manner.

Hi,

MrMC skin has come to the end of its useful life, we can not continue to develop and improve the app while these skins are in.

Ariana and opacity are the latest and greatest and if anything is missing we are open for suggestions.

Wow, too bad it can't be updated. I miss the old skin and dread the retraining period and complaints from the lack of Wife Acceptance Factor. I tried each of the new alternate skins last night and none "just worked". Perhaps after a few hours of fiddling around I'll find one.

I am really unhappy that you removed existing user functionality and choice.

I really liked MrMC skin and I wish I would have the option to keep it.

The biggest problem for me now the .org. Skin has gone is, the option to view all menus in MrMC as I have DVB-view TV in the background.

Please bring this back.

And I agree that the wife relearning is a big problem.

At first I also liked to use MrMC Skin (Confluence).
I also liked that you could see the TV picture in the background. Over time, the skin was no longer up to date and I've been more concerned with Opacity.

Meanwhile, I have the Opacity Skin on all my devices and I love it. In addition, there will be some nice features for Opacity in the future like the new TV Infobar

Hi there,
I also was a big fan of Confluence (MrMC) skin. It seems that none of the four new and remaining skins has an icon to indicate movie sets... Is it possible to add an icon to posters of movie sets by any chance?
Would be a great help.
In the MrMC skin there were submenu’s in the home screen to go directly to sets, to genre, ...
I think only one skin (Blackglass??) can do this...?
Finally the possibility to show a miniature screen on Videos (not movies) doesn’t seem to be included in most skins...
Any possibilities here?

In opacity, home has hidden left menu with some nodes(sets, genres... )

You could display all those when you enter the movie library (or tv show one) by unselecting a setting in settings-> video - > library-> flatten hierarchy

I’m quite enjoying the amber skin actually, right down my alley!
The only thing I’m missing is a little icon on the poster of a movie set in icon view, that indicates that it’s not just one movie but a set...
Could this be added in the future?
Or do I need to make a request for this elsewhere in this forum?
