Re: Rollback to 3.4 possible?

I don’t shoot. I just want to know if there’s any solution. Are you in contact with Apple to solve the issue or do you consider to find a solution bypassing AV foundation acceleration or ....?

Both options were not turned off in my case. This is not the cause, I guess.

Re: Rollback to 3.4 possible?

Thanks davilla for the quick answer. At least I found now that if I disable passthrough I get sound again. The control issue is the changed control between 3.4 and 3.5 in the atv version allowing to use the touchpad for start/stop, etc. I hate that and found that you can disable it, but in some situ...

Rollback to 3.4 possible?

Hello, I was really happy with 3.4, since then things went really bad. First the changed control which is not fully possible to be changed back and now with 3.6 audio passthrough doesn‘t work anymore. My amp recognizes only stereo no matter if it‘s ac or dts. The movie I started yesterday which was ...

Re: 4K HVEC (high bitrate) stuttering

I found the cause. Neither Apple TV nor MrMC caused my problems. My network switch must have had some problems. Even reboot didn't help. Maybe some dirt in the connection. I found that the connection to the switch at the TV had only 100Mbit. After unplugging and replugging the network cable into the...

Re: 4K HVEC (high bitrate) stuttering

No, buffering is not changed yet. I‘ll try when I’m back home next Wednesday. I don’t think that the audio track has an issue, other 4k movies also don’t work. But I‘ll also try if changing the audio has an influence. I‘m also under the impression that pass through doesn’t completely work. My receiv...

Re: 4K HVEC (high bitrate) stuttering

Thanks a lot for your quick answers !!! My ATV is connected via LAN cable. I tried to copy my logfile in, but it seems to be far too large to copy. This post is limited to 60k lines. Is there any possibility to attach a txt file? (I did reboot before, it's just a boot and playing a file for a few se...
